Shipping & Pick-Up

Forest of Play is located in regional NSW. We are NOT A METRO LOCATION so please allow extra time for parcels to be delivered.

Forest of Play uses Australia Post only (there are no other options!) and parcels (including Express Post) are collected from our Post Office for distribution ONCE A DAY at 3pm Monday to Friday. If you place an order after 12pm (weekdays), your parcel will be posted the following weekday at 3pm. Please plan your purchases accordingly!

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout as follows:

Free Standard Shipping on orders over $250

Free Pick-Up in Store 5 days a week

(9:30am to 4pm Tuesday to Friday, 9:30am to 2pm Sat. Closed Sundays and Mondays)

Standard Post:

Parcels under 5 Kg - $12 Flat Rate

Parcels over 5 Kg - $18 Flat Rate

Express Post:

Parcels under 5 Kg - $25 Flat Rate

Parcels over 5 Kg - Quoted individually after placing order

Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. The return costs will be at your expense. We do not accept returns/exchanges on books. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at hello@forestofplay.com.au. Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Lost or damaged returned products will not be refunded/exchanged. Please contact us with any return questions at hello@forestofplay.com.au , we'll always try to accomodate your requests!

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We are happy to offer returns/replacements for damaged goods. Replacement with the same product might not always be possible due to stock availability.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
We do not accept returns/exchanges on books.

Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
